4 Reasons Why Living In Abuja Is Better Than Lagos

Today I’m going to talk about four reasons why you should reside in Abuja rather than Lagos. The 4 reasons why living in Abuja is better than Lagos is something that is not farfetched. It is not abstract rather it is actually what we can see and observe with our own eyes. It is a fact that Lagos has gain a large momentum than Abuja. Let me put it this way: Lagos is far older than Abuja and also Lagos has been the FCT before it was shifted to Abuja. In terms of business, Lagos is like the NewYork to Nigeria in comparison to commercial centers. It is the center for big business. The credit goes to it. In terms of real estate, Lagos has gone far in developing high raised real estate. Abuja, irrespective of how young it might be, is competing in value for real estate with it Lagos’ counterpart, but it seems to lack enough high raised buildings. If I go on to describe to megalopolis and the metropolis, I think I will definitely not cover the 4 reasons why living in Abuja is better than Lagos. I have summarized the reasons as follows 1. Quietness 4 reasons why living in Abuja is better than in Lagos Between the two giant cities, Abuja the FCT is by far more quiet than Lagos. There are a lot of population over here in Abuja. Notwithstanding, you cannot compare with the lousiness of Lagos. Don’t get me wrong; there are parts of Lagos that are quiet, but the noisy portion outweighs the quiet side of it. Lagos is one of the cities I would love to erect something magnificent sometimes in the future. The towns within the FCT, are quiet cool as of the time of writing this article. But I believe in the nearest future and with the influx of population into the FCT, something could change. 2. Security Security could be understood in different ways. Recently, there has pose security threats to the FCT buy the terrorist group and as a result of this, the security setup has been built stronger enough to tame every threats. That was a wake up call to stake holders. The option B of the security issues is Self-security. Over there in Lagos, there is a tendency to kidnap, tail and rob individuals more than there is in Abuja. Although, citizens drive expensive cars and buy expensive residence but they feel safe using their belonging here. There is security everywhere most especially in this two cities, but I am emphasizing on self-security.   3. Traffic 4 reasons why living in Abuja is better than Lagos. Traffic is war in Lagos. I will not also deny the fact that traffic is growing big in Abuja. but there is a clear difference between a megalopolis and metropolis. Abuja is rapidly growing in population. It has been long when people have to wake early to prepare for work or else they will get fired if they indulge in lateness to work. So, if you live and work in FCT Abuja, you will get the traffic easy than that of Lagos. 4. Fresh New Opportunities 4 reasons why living in Abuja is better than lagos Abuja is filled with various wonderful opportunities in business, entrepreneurship, job creation and of course my world real estate. There are various services that is yet to show up in the locality. There are lots of human resources and potentials for business success. There are also a lot of land to explore entrepreneurial activities and my favorite is that there are lots of opportunities for residential real estate developments. Especially, with the potentials of the population growth, high-raised buildings could be a sweet ground to play. Initially it seems that nothing could be possible. Just wait and soon someone will lunch what you formally think has no place in business or the market. Lagos also has lots of aspiring opportunities also; but these opportunities are available as a result of the vacuum that others has created. In the Lagos environment, the competition is way too higher than Abuja. These are the reasons why living in Abuja is better than Lagos.   One last thing Abuja and Lagos are wonderful places that one should be. But this topic: 4 reasons why living in Abuja is better than Lagos is written from the angle of residential real estate. There is no doubt that there are so many thing that Lagos has but the FCT Abuja lacks and also there are also lots of things that Lagos use to have but do not possess right now. The two qualities of the giant complements each other strengths and weaknesses. So if you are deciding on which city to live in, I think you should be looking towards Abuja. First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t
mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to
writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out
there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?
    Many thanks!
